Good Vs Crap Self Defense Discussion

I have been training and studying martial arts for a long time, but I still want to explore, discover and refine things in search of the most practical approach possible. This is a never-ending thing. This video is intended to share some insights on how to constructively discuss and exchange ideas with other people in training, finding differences and similarities, and refining a lens through which to determine what is useful and what is not worth dedicating much time to.

I have been training in Jiu-Jitsu for appx 25 years, much of that time also training in boxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, Judo, Filipino Martial Arts and other things more recreationally than has been my Jiu-Jitsu practice. Anya Wallace is a Fit to Fight black belt & Jiu-Jitsu blue belt. Her background is extensive in Krav Maga, kickboxing, and weapons defense training that Fit to Fight is well-known for. I respect her background, abilities and training acumen immensely, which makes these types of conversations and exchanges so much fun.
